Device Replacement and Return Policy 

Thank you for choosing SOBRsafe. This document provides information on SOBRsafe’s device replacement and refund policy. This policy applies to the SOBRsure wearable device only. This policy does not apply to any mobile applications or cloud services related to the SOBRsure wearable device.

Warrantied Device Replacement

SOBRsafe is committed to ensuring that our customers receive fully functional devices covered under warranty. If a customer feels their device is not working as expected, please reach out to SOBRsafe support at customersupport@sobrsafe.com or by phone at 1.844.SOBRsafe (762.7723) with a description of the issue. 

SOBRsafe will work to identify the issue remotely. In some cases, SOBRsafe may require the device be returned for physical inspection. In the event the device is still within the warranty period, SOBRsafe will provide a shipping label to return the device. During a physical inspection, the customer’s subscription associated with the device may be temporarily paused to defer the charges until the issue is resolved.

If the inspection confirms the issue is covered by the warranty, SOBRsafe will provide a replacement unit to the customer and resume the subscription charges.

If upon our review and inspection, it is revealed that the device is not within warranty, or the issue is not covered by the warranty, the customer will be notified and options for replacement will be provided.

Shipping

SOBRsafe will cover the shipping costs for the return of the device and the replacement unit if the device is found to be within the warranty period. 

Return Policy

SOBRsafe does not accept returns or provide reimbursement for regularly functioning devices.
